Kathleen Campbell Davis is a Wilmington, Delaware, lawyer who leads Campbell & Levine, LLC and serves as outside general counsel for mass tort settlement trusts. In addition, Kathleen Campbell Davis has represented clients in commercial bankruptcy cases, including asset purchasers, debtors, creditors, and official committees, and contributed her services as a volunteer attorney guardian ad litem with the Delaware Office of the Child Advocate.
Ms. Davis completed her BA at the University of Pittsburgh in philosophy and literature magna cum laude. She attended law school and earned the CALI Award for Excellence in Advanced Bankruptcy. Ms. Davis received the Award for Excellence in Feminist Legal Theory and is active with the International Women’s Insolvency and Restructuring Confederation.
A longstanding member of the American Bankruptcy Institute, her early experience includes a role as a judicial extern with the Honorable Lawrence O’Toole. Ms. Davis interned with the Civil Litigation Division of the Pennsylvania Office of Attorney.
